We want you to love your With Jéan pieces. If you are not perfectly satisfied, you may return your items within 21 days of delivery for a store credit or refund, provided they are in original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and hygiene seals are intact.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided return label and drop your package off at the designated courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
