Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately by our warehouse. Therefore, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.
Are taxes and duties included in the international shipping price?
For most countries, duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout. If they are not included, you will be responsible for paying them upon delivery.
What should I do if I receive a faulty item?
We apologize for any inconvenience. Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the fault and your order number.
